I got a new tactical LED flashlight from Tac9er to try out here on the homestead. This is a rugged feeling tactical LED flashlight with 900 lumens output and a range of 350 meters.The flashlight comes with a lanyard already attached and a USB charging cable. It took me a minute to find the USB charging port. I was surprised to find that the charging port is under the screw on cap at the end of the flashlight. This is a pretty cool idea and will be quite rugged and waterproof over the long run. There will be no other parts to maintain or replace with time and no extra seals to fail.Also in the package is an 18650 battery with 2600 mAh capacity. This can be charged while still inside the flashlight by removing the tail cap and plugging in the USB charging cable.The tail cap button turns the flashlight on and off. By long pressing the button you can cycle through the various modes of the LED flashlight.There are 5 different modes.
