We are burning through fire wood fast on the homestead so this week we mostly worked on processing piles of fire wood that we have on our property already.
It is harder for us to get into the woods with the snow on the ground so we are processing wood piles here at home.
We got the log splitter going and processed quite a few face cords of wood and got it stacked. This added a lot to our dwindling wood pile for the winter. We are heating two houses at a time so we are burning a lot of fire wood this year.
ThruNite sent me their new T1S LED flashlight to try out. You can get one here:

I will have a full field test and review done soon so stay tuned.
We also sorted and stacked some fire wood that Chris and I brought in a year ago. We put down pallets and T posts to measure out a precise full cord. Once we got a cord stacked we added another pallet and filled that too. We got about 4.5 face cord of fire wood stacked on this day.
It is not all work on the homestead though. We had a great snowball fight. Melanie will be uploading that video on her own channel soon.
Thanks for watching.
