wash the chicken then drain, Put the garlic, basil, olive oil pepper in the blinder, blind until mix together then put the sauce in the chicken and put soy sauce if you like it, set a side in about 3 minutes,
Then cook the chicken meat.
Make a sauce ,
In the bowl, put the mayonnaise,cream cheese,sour cream,cheese,chive salt and pepper, mix together.
Then prepare your salad in a plate :)
It is so nice to try to make other ingredient Healthy food and it is so nice that is half of the ingredients is from our own Garden.

4 1/2 Plain Flour
2 tsp active yeast
1/2 cup warm water
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp rosemary,Thyme, Basil,
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil (optional)
1 cup water or Carbonate water
sprinkle yeast to the warm water and leave for 5 minutes or until foaming, Combine all dried ingredients, Chop herbs add to the mixture, add oil,water, Add your yeast water, Mix it together and knead for about 10 minutes and put oil to the bowl and put your dough and leave to rise 1 1/2 hours, Then punch the dough leave in 10 minutes,
Then make a roll, Heat your pan and flat the roll on the surface, Cook in the 2 minutes use a fork and other side for 3 minutes.
Chicken cooking in Solar cooker:
Chicken breast or leg
2 potato chop
1/2 red onion
2 gloves garlic
2 tbsp soy sauce
Garlic and pepper seasoning
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp Oregano,
Mix together and cook in the solar cooker or slow cooker,
make a sauce:
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp hoisin sauce or teriyaki sauce
1/2 chili paste
1 tbsp cornstarch
Mix it and set a side,
Prepare the chicken:
1 breast chicken cubes
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp Sesame oil
1 egg white beaten
2 cloves garlic chop finely
1 tbsp cornstarch,
Mix it together and set a side
Prepare the other ingredient:
1 tbsp cooking oil
2 cloves garlic
1/2 onion white
1 tbsp ginger
1/2 sweet bell pepper
Green onion for topping
Heat the pan then add oil,ginger,garlic and onion, mix it then when the onion is cook add carrots in 1 minutes,
Add the sauce, Mix together and add water if needed, then set a side,
Heat your other pan add oil, fried the chicken until its lightly brown,
put back the chicken to the bowl, Take out little bit of oil and saute the mushroom, bell pepper, then put back the chicken and mix it add the sauce and carrot mix together and ground pepper if needed and add water if needed.
Rice with Herbs
Boil the rice the when you see its boil put the chop herb to the top, Then add garlic salt and ground pepper,
mix it and cover until the rice is cook,
